Our website is linked to the largest distributors in the industry.  The inventory shows about 300,000 products.  Once ordered, the order is either placed with a distributor or pulled from our store inventory, depending on the product.

Your order can take anywhere from a day to a week to process and recieve. Some may take longer depending on inventory of the distributors and where the item ships from.  we are not responsible for orders that take longer than normal, but will do our best to expedite all orders.

On rare occassions, a product that is in demand may be ordered but may not be available through our distributors.  In this case we will check with all of our distributors to get the product.  In the rare case that we can not find the product, you will be notified, and given the option to wait or to receive a refund.
